Area LCMS churches may be represented by one pastor and one lay delegate. Other members, especially APOR volunteers and supporters, are also invited to join in this celebration of life. The opening service will include the Installation of our new Executive Director, Deaconess Grace Rao. 

All friends of A Place of Refuge are invited! A catered meal will be provided along with highlights of how the Lord has been blessing this Christ-centered ministry.
